  • All sessions are done online unless you are doing an In Person Intensive.

  • I will travel to you, wherever you live. We will together choose a meeting space, typically a hotel conference room or spa room.

  • In our first session, I will work on getting to know you and understanding your past, your desires and what you wish to achieve together. During the following sessions we will work through your list of what you want to accomplish.

  • Women for 1:1 sessions as well as couples for relationship and intimacy coaching.

  • For the most part, we will be speaking. Occasionally sound healing tools will be used.
