I’ve been a mom for 8 years and I’ve worked with moms for a decade. Motherhood changes every fiber of your being. It will test you, expand you, make you feel like you’re drowning and at the exact same time it will give you new life. When you birth your children, you are also rebirthing yourself.
Let’s do this in the best way possible.
Motherhood comes with never ending challenges, that’s just part of it. But motherhood also comes with never ending blessings.
Motherhood becomes a thousand times easier and more enjoyable with a regulated nervous system. This is the foundation of my work as a somatic life coach for moms.
Motherhood should not be:
✖️You snapping at your partner because you have no patience left
✖️You feeling that you’re alone on an island with no help
✖️You giving endlessly and depleting yourself
✖️You screaming at your children all the time
✖️You feeling triggered by your children constantly
✖️You repeating old patterns from your own childhood
✖️You embracing and believing “mom guilt” is normal
✖️You numbing out with your phone or wine at night because it feels like the only escape
✖️You believing exhaustion, anxiety, and overwhelm are just part of the job description
✖️You feeling like the woman you were before kids has completely disappeared
What motherhood gets to be when you do the work with a trauma-informed, somatic life coach for moms who can help you rewire your brain:
✨You breaking cycles and patterns, so your children inherit more love and less trauma
✨You setting boundaries without guilt that leave you feeling at peace and empowered
✨You modeling self-love and regulation so your kids learn it by watching you
✨You knowing you will get through all the hard days life throws at you, while being calm and regulated
✨You finding softness, connection and incredible sex with your partner again instead of constant tension and feeling like roommates
✨You rediscovering joy in small, everyday moments — not just surviving them
✨You giving yourself permission to rest, play, and receive help
✨You waking up well rested and excited for a new day
As moms, we’ll spend hundreds on Amazon, Target runs, or new outfits for our kids. But none of that makes us more regulated, fulfilled, or present. None of it makes you a better mom, a happier human, or a thriving, turned-on partner.
True change comes when you invest in yourself.
This is where you come home to yourself. It’s time to start prioritizing you and making changes that will last a lifetime.
