What does it mean to live in Love and Alignment?

Somewhere along the way I got lost. Not truly lost, but tangled. I didn’t understand boundaries. I didn’t unconditionally love myself or my body.

My nervous system was chronically dysregulated, stuck in survival mode. I wasn’t breathing correctly, sometimes it even felt like I wasn’t breathing at all. And when the body is wired for survival, it shuts down access to joy, intimacy, and creativity. No amount of positive thinking or talking it out could touch the places my body was still holding the trauma that life brings.

Like so many women, I put my head down and pushed through life. Hustled harder, achieved more, prayed I didn’t burn out (which was failing miserably). But deep down, I knew I was being sold a lie. Was this really it? Work until we’re empty, dislike ourselves, pretend we’re okay while our relationships are neglected? Something in me kept whispering… there has to be more.

And then came my wakeup. I committed to meditating two hours a day, while pregnant and raising a toddler. For the first time in my life, I began to see clearly.

I learned how to breathe. I learned how to worship my body. I learned how to slow down. I learned how to face trauma and shame.

And the truth? It was ugly. Healing looked like sobbing on the bathroom floor, panic rising in my chest, shaking through old memories, confronting rage and grief I didn’t want to feel and didn’t even know existed. But every time I stayed with myself instead of abandoning her, something softened. Something rewired. That’s where real healing began.

I started listening to my own wishes and desires. I wanted connection. Not just with myself, but with others. Body, mind, soul, and heart woven back together. I wanted my life to finally match my heart.

So I went back to school. I worked with incredible practitioners, studied nervous system regulation, somatic practices, NLP techniques, embodiment, and devoted myself to self-growth.

For years as I healed I searched far and wide for someone who could hold both sides of the work, the science of regulation and the soul of devotion. In all my years of searching, I found no one who could do it all.

So I became that woman. Half science, half soul. The guide I had been searching for, so that other women wouldn’t have to choose science backed healing or soul healing. You get both.

Now I live my dream of helping women feel safe in their own skin, grounded instead of overwhelmed, and lit up by life again.
